Today’s guest on the Jared Montz Soccer Podcast is Matt Luzunaris.  Matt is a Florida native currently being a yank abroad playing for SK Rapid Wien in Austria.

This interview challenged my editing skills big time because we kept continually getting disconnected on Skype.  Big thanks to Matt for being so patient and cool about it.  On the pod we talked about his life as a pro in Austria, how he got there, why he didn’t choose MLS, took some user submitted questions, and previewed Rapid’s very important upcoming games.

Today’s guest on the JMS Podcast is Matt Luzunaris.  Matt is a Florida native currently being a yank abroad playing for SK Rapid Wien in Austria.  I don’t know much about the Austrian league and it’s even more of a mystery of how a small town guy from Margate, Florida got there.  This is what we will find out today!

On the podcast we are going to talk about how Matt went from being a young player at University of Central Florida to playing with Sk Rapid, what life and soccer (football) is like in Austria, how he is adjusting to it all, why he didn’t choose to go the MLS route, take some user submitted questions, talk about what his role in the team is, and preview whoever it is they are playing next!
