The weather was nasty in Dallas last night but thank goodness the soccer wasn’t!

A few of my friends and players were at the game.  Below is a pic of Jordan and Rob Gaudet.  Jordan is one of the kids I coach in Shreveport, Louisiana and Rob is his Dad.

Another friend of mine Cameron Bielstein from Austin, Texas was there.  This is what he had to say about the game via our 140 character conversation on Twitter.

On game “It was fantastic! 57,229 in a stadium watching that high of a level was great! I was impressed by America, but disappointed by Chelsea not playing starters. But they were still great.”

On weather “No joke! We could see the lightning bolts and hear the thunder shaking the place.”

Notice the large retractable roof at the top.  Props to the Dallas Cowboys for putting that one in!
