Normally I like to post something ahead of time for my podcast guests but since I just got back from my honeymoon and MLS Cup is Sunday I didn’t have any time to post this one ahead of time.  Having said that this week’s guest on the Jared Montz Soccer Podcast is Sean Franklin.  Sean was the 2008 MLS Rookie of the Year and he will be starting in the MLS Cup final against Real Salt Lake on Sunday November 22nd.

On the podcast we talked about Sean’s Rookie year, what the pre MLS Cup hoopla is like in Seattle, why LA’s young backline has been successful, took some user submitted questions, and previewed the MLS Cup final.  Sean also told us what he would do if he scored the game winning goal and let me tell you it sounds awesome!!
