Thank you SoccerPRO.com!

This is a thank you blog post for SoccerPRO.com. SoccerPRO.com is an online soccer store and and a division of Soccer Master. Follow them on Twitter, like them on Facebook and you can check out their online store today at SoccerPRO.com.
A month or so ago my wife and marketing director Emily Montz got an email from a representative at SoccerPRO.com. They love our Online Soccer Academy, College Recruiting Websites and everything we do in the soccer world so they asked if we could do a sponsored blog post.
After talking with them we decided the people at SoccerPRO were awesome and we agreed I would do a thank you blog post in exchange for some gear. I was like a kid in a candy shop picking out what I wanted! I ended up getting a new ball bag, a World Cup mini ball (which I will use as a prize at our World Cup Viewing Party on June 12th), three quarter pants, speed ladder and a sweet USMNT shirt!
Online Soccer shops need to differentiate themselves because there are quite a few choices a customer has when buying online and the prices are usually the same everywhere you go. SoccerPRO does it by customer experience and their return policy. I thought this was so cool. When we got our box of gear inside was an envelope with a letter and a lollipop inside. At first I was like, “Why is there a lollipop in here?”. I felt like an overprotective parent at Halloween checking their kid’s candy basket. But as I read the letter it asks me if I am happy with my purchase and to enjoy my lollipop while I read the letter! I basically said out loud, “Cool, thanks!” The letter is a hand written note (it’s a copy) with great, funny information on what to do if I am happy with my purchase and what to do if I am unhappy and how they will fix it and make it right. Then there are these random Ninja drawings, yep Ninjas, on the letter. Still I am not sure why but I think it’s great!
So thank you very much SoccerPRO.com for reaching out to us, sending us all the great gear and of course the lollipop and the Ninjas! I love it!
Yall keep living the dream!
